🏨 Official Travel Policy – Sponsor Hotels Required

To ensure the best possible experience for all participants, discounted rates at Sponsor Hotels have been coordinated for all traveling teams attending HoopSource events.

As part of your registration and a condition of acceptance into our tournaments, all travel teams are required to book their accommodations through one of our approved hotel options:

  • 🏢 Choose from our existing Sponsor Hotels offering exclusive group rates.

  • 🌐 Or submit a custom hotel request through the booking engine embedded in our event management system (see above for links).

This process ensures teams have access to quality lodging that is convenient to venues, while also helping us continue to provide the high standard of organization and service that HoopSource is known for.

Important Notes:

  • Due to the scale/size of our events, games will potentially take place across multiple facilities.

  • All gym facilities are typically located within 25 minutes of the nearest airport to support easy travel and logistics.
