Freshman Class: Introduction to Officiating
Start your journey with Ref University in our beginner-level Freshman Class, led by experienced officials. This hands-on clinic introduces new referees to the game with a focus on mindset, gear, mechanics, and game management. From court positioning to confident calls, you’ll build a strong foundation from Day One and take your first step toward officiating excellence.
Sophomore Class: Building On the Basics
The Sophomore Class is for referees with minimal experience ready to take the next step. Focused on real game reps, this clinic emphasizes court positioning, teamwork, and applying mechanics in live situations. It’s where your training starts to translate into confident, on-court execution.
Junior Class: Elevate Your Officiating
Designed for intermediate referees with solid floor time, the Junior Class sharpens your game management, deepens your mechanics, and strengthens your communication. This clinic bridges the gap between good and great officiating with focused, on-court development.
Senior Class: Lead the Game
The Senior Class is for experienced referees preparing for higher-level certification. With a focus on evaluation, film study, leadership, and mentorship, this clinic is your pathway to elite officiating. Complete the program to earn your official HS RefU Patch.
